We provide an end-to-end demolition service from planning, through execution and waste disposal.
Our demolition service is all encompassing from planning, through execution and finishing with waste disposal. Environmental planning is critical to our process and involves assessing the site to determine how we can minimise our impact by selecting the right machinery to achieve client goals.
Before demolition can begin, we also consider the potential risks to the environment before we develop our waste management plan. Working closely with our client we determine the type of waste that will be produced during a demolition and plan how it will be disposed of. As well as the physical work of demolition, we manage the order of operations for strip outs and clearing, aligning timeframes to have the relevant trades on site, so that work flows efficiently and safely. Excavation and earthworks form a key part of our demolition service. We utilise our heavy machinery to completely clear a site and make it ready for its next use, including trenching, backfilling and/or levelling.
In executing our waste management plan, we transport the waste to its EPA waste management facilities. We then provide a record of this process to ensure legal reporting requirements are met.

Asbestos removal
Our team are accredited asbestos removal experts, with years of professional experience and the most up to date training. Our workers are always provided with the latest technologies, including AMS water filtration management systems, negative air equipment decontamination units, HEPA filter vacuum and air monitoring sensors for the removal of both friable and non-friable asbestos from worksites
Focus on rehabilitation
Our staff are always mindful of the impact the demolition process can have on the environment surrounding a site. As part of our demolition plan, we address all major environmental concerns associated with our presence, including but not limited to, access to the worksite, selection of appropriate machinery and minimising disturbances to existing flora and fauna.
Concrete recycling
Our team utilises industry-leading techniques to efficiently crush concrete on your site. We ensure a safe and efficient process that adheres to all industry standards and regulations. As concrete disposal can be cumbersome and an expensive process for many construction and demolition projects, we provide an optional Concrete Crushing service which is designed to provide clients with a sustainable, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly solution to manage concrete waste for reuse
